Below you will find information about this years AGM and documentation relating to the meeting.
The High Elm Archers 2023 Annual General Meeting & General Club Meeting will take place on Saturday 3rd June 2023 (following the 252 Challenge shoot) at Altcar Training Camp.
Any proposals or items to be included on the Agenda for either the AGM or the following General Meeting should be passed to the Club Secretary by Friday 19th May 2023.
Note: This years there is a proposition to adopt a new consitution which was circulated to all members via email on 21st April 2023. A hard copy of the document is avalable at the range and there is also available via link to the document at the bottom of this page.
To allow members who are unable to attend this years meeting to have a vote we will be enabling voting via this web page. Website voting will be made available week commencing Monday 22nd May 2023 with voting closing at 18:00 on Friday 2nd June. Voting form is now available using the link at the bottom of this page.
Please Note: Members who are attending the meeting should cast their votes in person.
