The High Elm Archers 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday 6th June 2025 at Altcar Training Camp. The meeting will follow the 252 Challenge shoot. Below you will find information about this years AGM and documentation relating to the meeting.
Proposals for changes to the constitution and any items for inclusion on the agenda for either the AGM or the following General Meeting must also be submitted to the current Club Secretary (Graham Burrows) by Friday 15th May 2026.

If you are interested in becoming an active member of the management committee please contact the current club secretary.
Nominations for positions on the HEA management committee can be submitted using the form below. You may also send them in writing to the current secretary. Nominations must be submitted to the club secretary by Friday 22nd May 2025.
Voting
All members are entitled to vote at the AGM. Some members will be unable to attend this year’s meeting. To allow them to have a vote, we will enable proxy voting via the club website.
Website proxy voting will be available starting the week of Monday 1st June. / Voting is now open and will close at 18:00 on Friday 5th June. Click HERE for the Voting Form
Please Note: If a member attends the meeting after voting online, their proxy vote will be discarded. So they may cast their vote at the meeting instead.
